Ravi a Portfolio Manager, Corporate and CEO-level Advisory with specialisation in Political Affairs and Public Policy, Board member of Corporate and NGO and Author. He continues to advise corporates at the Board level, and serves as an independent director on several boards. Ravi is a mentor and investor at JFDI, Singapore’s leading start-up accelerator.
Srikanth is CEO and founder of Bollant Industries. He was the first international blind student to pursue engineering at MIT. Bolla started a Braille printing press in the Samanvai Center for children with multiple disabilities in Hyderabad, India, which provides accessible educational material available to disabled students. Bollant Industries received with funding from Ratan Tata.
Founder, Ex-CEO and Mentor
Rajkumar is a Business Coach, Investment Advisor, Leadership Consultant, Social Entrepreneur, Civic Entrepreneur, Serial Entrepreneur based in Hyderabad who is founder Impact Foundation as the Founder CEO and have previously set up UnLtd Hyderabad. At present he is Founder, CEO of AIC-IIITH Foundation.
Shravan is a postgraduate from Kingston University London and has 9 Years of management experience and over 10 years of volunteering experience, working for social causes with different organizations such as Cancer Research UK, Nirmaan Organization, Youth 4 Seva, ShopNShare and with proven abilities in Project Management, Team Building, Fundraising, Strategic Planning and Business Development. He is adept at managing complex multifunctional projects working to the highest standards.
Shravan has designed and developed the state-initiated and funded CSR platform, “T-Social Impact Group (T-SIG),” closely working along with the IT E&C Department, Government of Telangana.
Debanjali Saha is a post-graduate in Women’s Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad. Following the completion of her course, she joined Surge Impact Foundation as a Program Manager for the state-initiated and funded CSR platform, “T-Social Impact Group”. As a Program Manager, her primary roles and responsibilities include lead generation, communications and building relationships with CSR teams of corporates and aggregators. She is also involved in organizing focus group discussions and working sessions between corporates and government officials, content development and preparing reports of the platform. Debanjali has previously worked with organizations such as IT for Change, Bangalore and Save the Children, Hyderabad on gender issues. She has an avid interest towards conducting action research on women’s issues and has prior experience of advocating for girl child education, women’s and refugee rights through her research work based on Rohingyas settled in Hyderabad.
Public Relations Manage
Aishwarya has been contributing to the social sector since the last 6yrs through volunteering and fundraising initiatives and has a degree in Architecture. Her passion for giving back to the society for greater good brought her into working in this space full time. Here at T-SIG Aishwarya is in charge of coordinating for events with corporates and non-profits and media coverage. Aishwarya loves spending time with pets and nature. She is someone who is immensely passionate in driving social change and working towards policies that benefit the society. Her goal in life is to work towards touching as many lives as possible by contributing her time, knowledge, energy, healing and love.
Major Activities and Achievements
SIF operates T-Social Impact Group (T-SIG) which is a Project Management Unit of the Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Telangana State Government with the objective of improving collaborations and effectiveness of CSR activities in the state by bringing the key stakeholders together over online and offline opportunities. It aims to attract, mobilize and incentivize CSR funding into inclusive and sustainable development projects from local, national and international organizations.
Through T-SIG’s efforts, HSBC partnered with a non-profit organisation to start a livelihood project for underprivileged women under their CSR initiatives. Genpact and Microsoft came together to work on education projects under their CSR activities in Telangana.

Social Enterprise Development
Our flagship Accelerator Program supports for-profit, revenue-stage social enterprises. The six-month program focuses on enterprise development and also the founders’ skill sets. We also make investor and mentor connects, as well as encouraging and facilitating peer learning and engagement.
Surge partnered with the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIIT-H) to launch an incubator sponsored by the Atal Innovation Mission, an initiative of NITI AAYOG to support startups that leverage ‘Technology for Social Impact.’ The AIC-IIITH Foundation is expected to be launched in August 2019.
Enterprises has graduated 20 social entrepreneurs from varied sectors and we are currently supporting 16 social entrepreneurs. The programmes already impact the life of approx. 2,60,000 individuals, created 190 plus jobs and our startups have received a total of INR 2.6 Cr follow-on funding.
Social Impact Ecosystem Nurturing:
Surge Ignite an innovation and entrepreneurial training program to college students by leveraging in-house expertise, even as we continuously seek and expand our partnerships with other incubators/accelerators, corporates, NGOs, academia, Govt. departments, etc.
