“Today I am dreaming of producing 30 tonnes of honey/annum from current 3 tonnes per annum just because of the learning, encouragement and confidence I gained through Surge Impact Foundation ”
I have seen many marginal social entrepreneurs in my locality. I was one among them before I became part of the Surge Impact Foundation program. In the initial training workshops, many questions arose in my mind such as what am I doing here with all the literate and intellectuals around. After a few sessions and the mentoring, slowly I realized that I deserve such sessions and mentoring which made me dream big and reach heights. Here we get a chance to realize our potentials, strategize our goals and enter into the world of opportunities.

“Surge Impact Foundation has surged up my ambitions and made me think more”
I have struggled a lot with my social enterprise and learned a lot by trying and failing. Here in Surge Impact Foundation’s training workshops, I started learning from very ambitious peers in my batch. Experienced mentors and the learning atmosphere are very competitive. Now, we feel that we are not alone anymore, and these workshops cover end-to-end starting from framing goals to strategizing for generating impact. Now it’s my turn to go and start executing my learning.
You all as a team of Surge Impact are wonderful people and making every effort to make others very much comfortable to work and discuss together.
